Dr. Marc Purcell, President and founder. Plant biophysicist, works in the field of plant biochemistry and the health products development for over twenty years. He holds a BA in physiology, a Masters and a Ph.D. in biophysics and a post-doctorate in molecular biology at Harvard University in the United States. He founded and participated in several projects undertaken during his career, his expertise is now dedicated to the development of technology and innovative products at Khlôros.
Mr. Joey Thiffault, Vice-President. Renowned businessman from Quebec city, joined the company in order to insure commercial success. Graduated from Laval University, Mr. Joey Thiffault received a BA in civil engineering in 1994. Mr. Thiffault has a strong experience in management, marketing and finance.
Mr. Maxime Grimard, Scientific Director. Bachelor degree in Food Science at Laval University. Member of the «Ordre des Chimistes du Québec». Professional experience in the food industry in R&D, quality assurance, manufacturing processes. Speciality in new product development, ingredient sourcing and process improvements.
Mr. Alain Normand, B.A.A. at Laval university, mentor E.L and F.C.J.E., experience in food industry, biotechnology, high technology and Information technology. Managerial skills in multinational companies and entrepreneurship in small, medium and start-up companies. Expertise in product and market business development, turn around business centers and managing changes & Innovation plus lecturer at Laval university in strategic management.
